The room was clean at first glance, but I discovered dirt and debris under the couch, which was off-putting. The bathroom faucet delivered discolored water, rendering the jacuzzi unusable. Towels were limited; I received smaller ones when their supply ran low. Trash bins were inadequate, leading to inconvenience. Staff were friendly, which was a positive aspect, but overall maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.

The spacious rooms offered so much comfort, and having a fridge was a game changer! The pool area was nothing short of a paradise, with a stunning waterfall slide that the kids adored. The friendly staff made our stay extra special, and we loved the food options right on-site!

The beach area is just perfect for a quick dip or a lazy sunbathe. The fireworks area is a fun touch and the bathroom has nice drawers and a mirror.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a bit lacking in the room.

The room itself was spacious and had a nice sitting area, but it felt a bit dated with carpeted floors. We appreciated the flat-screen TV and the am/fm alarm clock, which made our stay more comfortable. we did notice that the air conditioning was quite loud and the heating wasn't consistent. Housekeeping seemed to have missed a few details, as we found some dirty clothes left in the closet by the previous guest. The lack of free toiletries was a bit disappointing, as we had to make a trip to the shops to purchase some essentials. We also had trouble getting fresh towels from housekeeping when we needed them. the valet parking service was helpful, and we enjoyed the convenience of having shops and commercial services on-site. the overall cleanliness of the property could have been improved. The broken elevator and lack of air conditioning in the hallways made navigating the hotel a bit uncomfortable. our experience at the Avi had its ups and downs. The amenities and services offered were decent, but there were definite areas that could use some attention.

The room conditions were disappointing—old plumbing and a musty smell made it hard to relax. Some staff were friendly, but others lacked a smile. There's a need for better maintenance and more variety in food options. With a few improvements, this spot could really shine.

The elevators were broken, so we had to haul everything up and down the stairs. Carrying our kids and gear was exhausting, especially with the heat. It really ruined our experience. Avoid this place!

This hotel offers stunning access to the beautiful Colorado River, allowing for lovely strolls along the waterfront and a great view while at the private beach; plus, the on-site amenities like the swimming pool complex, various dining options, and even a movie theater made my stay even better! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Robert at valet who made my experience feel special, but the food at the Moon Shadow Grill could use a little more flavor.

The kids loved the waterslides, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers. The poolside bar was handy for refreshing drinks, while the private white-sand beach was perfect for sandy playtime.
My wife says that the room noise disturbed our children's sleep.

Beautiful property with a lovely, secluded beach. The restaurants offer convenient options, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I appreciated the personalized service, including valet assistance. there were significant disappointments. Jet ski rentals were unavailable, despite confirming online. The pool was closed upon our arrival, and the jacuzzi was inexplicably closed despite being operational. Room key issues caused unnecessary hassle, locking us out twice. The adult pool rules were not enforced, which was frustrating for our group. Limited menu items and no coffee in rooms were disappointing. the experience was mixed, with fantastic potential that fell short in execution. Improvements in communication and service consistency are essential.

The newly renovated rooms have a mini fridge, making it easy to keep snacks for the kids. The staff were mostly friendly, and the pools are fantastic for family fun!

Free Wi, Fi, cable, laundry, and gym amenities. The Mojave Crossing Event Center is spacious for fun events. Enjoying Vegas, style casino. Marveling at the desert, bound Mojave Resort Golf Club.

the river was clean, quiet, and the hours were perfect. the pool was awesome and clean. the rooms were bigger than i expected, and the staff was very helpful and professional. also, good discounts on the two affiliated golf courses, one of which is spectacular.

Spent Xmas here. Room had a fantastic view of the river, pool, and beach. Clean, comfy bed. Close to my family's place. Great coffee at the mini mart/gas station.
Some negatives to consider. Pool and hot tub were under maintenance with no prior notice.

My squad and I had a lit time at the massive pool and chilled at the sick private beach. We even hit up the hotel gym for the vibes.

My room was initially disappointing, with a broken lamp and a non-functional phone. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, I was promptly moved to a newly remodeled room in the central tower, which was great! The resort offered a comfortable stay with nice amenities.

During our stay at a well-known Laughlin resort, the staff exceeded our expectations. The security team went above and beyond, ensuring our safety and comfort. Although the room didn't meet all our expectations, the recently remodeled aspect compensated for it. The resort provided a wide range of amenities for both teenagers and kids, including a pool, jacuzzi, game room, movie theater, and beach access. We especially loved the cafe's delicious prime rib, available at a specific time on weekdays.
For the price we paid, we were disappointed that we had to make our own bed and take out our own trash.

the hotel was very clean! the location was great - super close to the gaming area. the staff around the pool area were so helpful and attentive. loved the variety of food options at the food court. very reasonable prices - can't recommend highly enough.
